Let that sink in. She is teaching "diversity", no she is teaching institutionalized racism and you will like it.
At all levels this has been happening, schools, corporate America, local and fed govts, she is just the end result of that racism.
Ever work with anyone from a historical black college or university? Wow. Talk about institutionalized racism, and a degree in "how to sue your employer and make a fortune".
