This isn’t a red area/blue area issue.
It’s an individual state matter.
On it's face as it is now, yes.
However, why couldn't rural areas of a blue state leave to become a new state if secession is on the table?
Are the current borders engraved in stone that they will be at they are for the remember of humanity?

If they think they have the ability to do so and hold a legal vote/referendum to make it happen … have at it; tho experts who research and write about self-determination typically agree that the creation of new republics involve many of the following topics for consideration:
1. They need an independence movement with proper momentum behind it.
2. Have a clear vision of what they want to achieve and the willingness to make sacrifices once they exit.
3. Must win a referendum of the majority of their voters.
4. Possess the ability to maintain a presence on the international stage (i.e., negotiation skills, friends in other places, skill, tenacity, luck).
5. Have a workable constitution.
6. Maintain a viable economic system, to include the ability to make money.
If an incorporated area has those things, I say, go for it.
FYI … if anyone is interested in exploring a short yet comprehensive tome on this topic—written by a very knowledgeable legal scholar—I suggest Dr. Matt Qvortrup’s recently released book, I Want to Break Free.

Nothing lasts unless it is worth lasting as viewed by all segments of its population.
Nothing will be the same in another 100 years.
May as well strongly voice opposition of all the lines being crossed by the Democrat Party - and act on it when appropriate.
Our "president", speaking of crossing the line of a stolen election has threatened Americans with military violence using weapons and equipment paid for with the tax money of those he has threatened after usurping himself illegally.
