Does the laptop have a display port? If so just get a display port to HDMI adapter. If not, I think a USB to HDMI adapter would allow windows to see the second monitor. If the monitor does not have two HDMI ports you will have to get someone from your I.T. department to install some drivers for most non HP docking stations to work. That is if your laptop has a USBC connection to connect to a docking station.
