THE REAL KAIVON WASHINGTON
To further show how much a of a walking waste of oxygen these perps are, it turns out that one of them has proven to be useless at an early age.
I'm sure some of y'all remember Remy Hidalgo, the Denhanm Springs HS football player who died of heat stroke at practice in 2020. It was tragic to most, but not all. Turns out that Kaivon, one of the perps in the Madison Brooks case, had released a "diss trick" featuring Remy's passing. He sounds off with "Bitch, the Sun left him dead".
Friend of mine has posted links to her Tik Tok/Instagram accounts to get the word out. She has verified from Remy's mother Ashley Roberson that this was in fact directed towards Remy. When brought up to the Walker coaches & administration, they did nothing about it. Kaivon also chose to do nothing.
It turns out that they were rivals on the football field. Here is a transcript from Ashley Roberson regarding the Kaivon's words:
“My son knew everyone. He was everyone’s friend. And never had an enemy he was loved by everyone
In fact the year remy passed away kaivon walked up to me and told me what an amazing person remy was and how even though they were rivals on the field remy would message him after games and tell him how to improve and how to get past him or any other lineman in the game said nothing but sweet things. Then that happened

I get that, and I fully understand it. But remember that as lawyers, we took this oath:

I don't judge lawyers on their clients. I judge them on skill and integrity. Don't tell me the lawyer is a scumbag for doing his or her ethical best to defend a client.
That said, I have questions about the defense lawyer's statements to the press. This is all I know about that, quoting from a Daily Mail article.

Probably an unpopular fact but Alcohol is the common element in all of this. Had there been no alcohol consumed, none of this happens.
Realistically, it’s going to be consumed but we have laws against selling to people under 21 and that law was broken. Lives were ruined as a result.

This was the thing for me. What could this lawyer have gained from putting something out there like this? There's no way he'd say something like this if he saw the video right? How can a defense attorney say this and right after have the prosecutors say it led to increased charges?

I think my question got lost a few pages back with the retarded back & forth going on but…
Does anyone know if where the memorial placed on the side is where she was actually hit? I keep reading it was by Pelican Lakes but the memorial is set up across the street near University Villas.
I believe University Villas has a gate to enter into the neighborhood and Pelican Lakes does not. If she was dropped off or let out in Pelican Lakes, how the hell did she end up all the way across 4 lanes of highway plus a median?
This all may be irrelevant to the case but I was curious.

The Memphis jogger is just as horrific, if not worse. A young mother snatched off the street and brutally raped and murdered and dumped in a a trash can
