I also didn't realize this was a national chain but a coworker is going through something similar right now. They started by replacing her heater blower motor and she's had to take it back twice now to replace more components of her cooling system. $700+ repair for each trip.

Sounds about right. Most Christians are narcissistic assholes.

Uhh… you do know that’s the last names. And not that they are Christian.
Right?
Edit: we are apparently talking about two different entities. We don’t have the national franchise here. But there is a regional one. And the founders last name is Christian.

One of their locations in Austin got busted a couple of years ago for not performing the services they were charging for (oil filter change).
Lambs tire and auto also got busted.

The joke is, never do business with someone who has a Bible verse on their card. Because, at some point, he’s gonna ask you for forgiveness.

I thought they were a local Katy business

Much like the Catholic priest they have no problem raping you under the cloak of Jesus. Used them in the DFW area a few times just felt slimy and fake to me.

Ahhh, the old McFadden mansion.
Brings me back to Brother Ambrose and 5th grade’s pleasantries of getting beat over the head each day during the course of academic challenges wrought with rigor and excitement.

Yes, I got a quote from them for my truck and it was stupid high.
The waiting roon is filled with Bible verses and religious stuff. I guess being Christian makes up for arse raping your customers.

This is huckster Christan capitalism to the max. Joel Osteen and that Christian American phone service provider would be proud.

There's a CB by my house too. I asked them for a quote to install a sway bar that I would procure myself. They said they don't do that, they have to procure it themselves if they are to install it. I get it, yada yada. CB quoted me the exact same sway bar I wanted, but they added about 30% to the price of it. Yeah, no thanks assholes, avoid those frickers

Gonna be hard to call yourself godly while screwing people over and still do business in a heavy Christian place like Lafayette. Wow.

This. Not speaking to CBs practices. But I’ve never left the shop feeling like I got the better end of that.
We have one here but I’d have to drive past 3 other ones to get to it.

I went to one many years ago in Houston. I needed an oil change. I asked how much, they gave me price, I said do it, and sat down.
About 45 min later they called me up, and no kidding, had a list of "reccomended services" that I absolutely needed today and the cost was over $1,200.
I said no thanks. Dude then straight up says, "do your wife and kids ride in your car? Is their safety important to you?"
There have been few times in my life I wanted to punch someone, this was one of those times.
He then gives me the bill for the oil change and it's $30 more than he told me earlier. I ask him WTF, you told me a lower price. Dude says oh, that didn't include tax, shop fees, AND THE FILTER ITSELF. Filter costs extra.
Called corporate on Monday, they could not care.
If they preach Chrsitian values, it must be the same part of Christianity that Osteeen belongs to...
