True or False: Tulane would have given Georgia a better game.

What do you think? Would Tulane have been more competitive than TCU? I believe the schools shared one common opponent, Kansas State, which Tulane beat and TCU went 1-1.

Tulane would have gotten boat raced too so false

True. But also TCU couldve given Georgia a better game.

Possibly.
Georgia just has NFL players all over the field. TCU had no idea how to adjust and got smothered.

I think Tulane would have gotten that arse beat by 30
Which technically is a lot better than how TCU did

I think the score speaks for itself. Physically, TCU was inferior and didn’t have the size, strength or speed to matchup with Georgia at any position. They looked like a freshman or JV high school team out there.

do you think Kent State has much better athletes than TCU? because they gave Georgia a much better game.
There is more to football games than 5 star talent. Tulane was 2-10 last year and went 12-2 this year and beat USC.

right, like how much the 5 star talent cares about a game.

yep. maybe if Alabama's players cared more they would have made the playoffs.

TCU probably left a score or two on the field, but their Defense is really bad, has been all season, and was completely overmatched. They were ranked in the 80s in total D, 50s in scoring D, and went up against the most talented offense they’ve seen.

UGa defense became an absolute monster after that close call at Missouri. I'm happy for Tulane this year, but they would have been abused in the same manner as TCU if not worse. The Bulldogs are a far cry from the Charmin soft SoCal.

False, similar result to Georgia Tech vs Cumberland College in 1916.

maybe!!
but what i actually meant was that if georgia cared more about the kent state game, they could have won that 65-7

LSU would've beaten Tulane, USC had Zero defense...

True or False: Tulane would have given Georgia a better game.
But...
TCU is better than Tulane. If TCU played UGA again, i'd certainly take TCU at +58 as well.

Same outcome. Domination in the trenches

More competitive than TCU last night? Probably so.
But TCU played an awful game. Their players were clearly nervous from the opening whistle to the point that they weren’t even celebrating their few positive plays early. Dykes even said as much.
UGA is a lot better than TCU, but I don’t think they’re 59 points better.

Maybe. Are we talking the Tulane that beat USC? They wouldnt have gotten beat by 60. But the Tulane that lost to USM, they may have gotten beat by 60.
The same thing goes, the TCU that beat Michigan last week wouldn't have gotten beat by 60 either.
