According to his testimony, he contacted the FBI himself within days of Jan. 6.

My neighbors (former, they moved) were at J6, never entered the building, never fought with police, and the FBI raided their house and seized all of their electronics. Oh and held their 11 year old at gunpoint.
I wonder if Epps was ever raided or had his electronics seized.

So you prefer this.
to video evidence?

Then why was he on the Top Ten Most Wanted list?
I'm gonna need a timeline here chief. Nothing you are posting is adding up congruently with the concrete undisputed facts.

Go read the transcript I posted. He found out his was on the FBI list on January 8. His phone records showed he called the FBI hotline that same day. He said he called as soon as he found out and was on the phone with them for an hour.

You may not call him an insurrectionist simply because you’re probably not very intelligent, likely prefer having a team rather than embracing reasoning based on consistent principles (other than team), and likely depend on 24 hour news channels and/or NPR for talking points rather than doing some basic fact checking on your own.
As an assist, here is the federal criminal statute for insurrection: LINK
Since I am not NPR, meaning I am not your dependent source that force feeds lies down your gullible pea brain, here’s what the criminal statute says about insurrection:
quote:
§2383. Rebellion or insurrection
Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
The criminal statute only requires inciting. Leon Epps confessed to orchestrating it.
For some retarded NPR-ish reason, you think it requires entry or violence with police.
Do you ever think for yourself or do you love going through life as a grown Pinocchio with strings attached and no voice or brain of his own?
Good luck in life. I sincerely wish you the best.

Raskin claims Epps worked for Trump. Now I amconfused. Why would Epps be a free man if he worked for Trump and admitted to orchestrating the event that caused concern among the dims and rinos?

Read the transcript bud. He was talking about people going to the Capitol and entering peacefully through the doors. Not entering violently or breaking in.

STFU, Commie. There’s people with cancer rotting in jail cells for the heinous crime of walking through the Capitol.
You’re only defending Epps because you know he’s an agent provocateur

If this is true, then it’s massive.
Posted on 12/30/22 at 2:20 pm to deeprig9
The FBI should have publicly arrested Epps then quietly put him in the witness protection program for a few years.

Here's little Jamie Raskin losing his shite when Thomas Massie asked about the transcripts of the Ray Epps interview:
fricking typical.

Am I understanding this correctly? An fbi agent says the fbi didn't pay Epps.
1. Why should I believe a federal agent.
2. How does he know. Just because he works for evil... doesn't mean he knows everyone on the payroll.
3. At best, he did it for the FBI but wasn't "technically" paid by the FBI.
He was there to instigate.
He isn't in jail.
What more do you need to know?
