Anyone else find it unusual in the final weeks of the season the Saints play Cleveland and Philadelphia and Tampa gets Arizona followed by 2 home games in Tampa? I find the contrast in climate conditions suspect. (Not an excuse for this abysmal season)

It was worse that we lost our first extra home game to play in London.
Not to mention that crap Thursday night shite they force on us with a rested team. And don’t forget Cleveland had an extra day of rest while we had to travel to play them.

Would we expect anything different from Goddell

I’m not much of a tin hatter but the media who should be watching and reporting on the competitive “sanctity” of the NFL are generally the NFL’s business partners.
NFL games are self-described as (legally termed) “entertainment”, as opposed to bonafide legitimate competitions.
So for the league office to not be even-handed as to scheduling is neither expected nor surprising.

Brady and the Patriots always got a schedule advantage.
Brady still gets a schedule advantage with Tampa.
The Saints historically get a shite schedule including a run of always playing Thursday night football in Atlanta.
Some years the Saints don't get a home for the first few weeks of a season and have to play 3 games on short weeks. None of this has been the luck of the draw.
The Saints are yearly at the bottom of getting 1st downs by penalty while Saints opponents have their best 1st downs by penalty games against the Saints.
None of it passes the eye test and there are stats to back up the purposeful shafting of the Saints.

There certainly does seem to be a certain amount of continuing anti-Saints bias from the NFL/goodell....a simple 'fix' could easily be found w/in the "me too" movement...i.e. Gayle is a distinct female minority w/in the now 'woke' NFL family. One posted cry of unfair treatment would end this bullshite with quickness !

The Thursday thing used to kill me. When it first got going, the saints had at one point played 11 Thursday night games and 9 had been on the road. How is that disparity not noticed by fricking SOMEONE across the league?! Little things like that are why people start cooking up conspiracies eventually.

I don’t disagree with any of these complaints, but I wonder why the NFL hates the Saints. It can’t just be “bounty gate”. That kind of shite has happened with other teams and they haven’t held a 10+ year grudge.
Who touched Goodall and where?
Ducking autocorrect on this website is atrocious. Goddell Is what I typed.

The NFL is in the entertainment business. The corporate decisions made by the league office are in the best interest of the league writ large. Sometimes individual franchises or cities get screwed.
The motives of the SEC and the NCAA are both primarily self-serving. So they too sometimes damage affiliated teams to serve their own interests.
Summation: Both the Saints and LSU could be each getting jacked by the home office
