I read their message boards a lot. Sadly, incels on average are closer to the truth than people in general now, in the developed world at least. The brutal reality of truly being a second-class citizen (not a "queer" or "POC" but someone with real disadvantages) leaves little room for the self-delusion and political correctness that's rendered other people so bland and emotionless.

In my experience, incels are far right socially and at least modestly leftist economically. I am mostly the same. It's better than being an unnuanced member of either camp or a "centrist."
