Deciding what to charge him with & how many?? I would guess. Or giving him any opportunity to do the right thing & no charges.

Well, he got someone to look up the landlords home address for him, he wasn't smart enough to do it himself, and showed up at his house.

He tried to get permission from him to park his truck... dummy doesn't understand that is not how this works. He had plenty of opportunity to keep parking his truck on his property but he chose to harass us and his illegal parking was our only legal recourse.
The Landlord called my wife and they were laughing. I was watching the Pels lose. Sorry I don't have more details.

I've been reading through this thread for a couple days and just realized the OP was 4 months ago. OP has impressive restraint to not hand this fella to an internet lynch mob but I suppose that would dox him too.
This right here is what makes me want to see justice done. I'm sick of "rules for thee and not for me," and the illegally parked tow truck is a gaslit example.

I have only talked to him once, when we signed the papers. I wire him money on or before the first and that is all the communication I need with him. If something breaks I just tell the wife "Tell Mr. Landord I am just going to fix it" or "Tell Mr. Landord we need a professional." He got the A/C fixed same day when it broke, and lots of landlords won't do that, if I can fix something I'll just do it and not make him have to find someone.

all i know is you can hop on the OT any number of days and theres numerous threads detailing great violence at the hands of trashy frickin people so id be careful continuing to live there. you cant always be home and you can try your best to be vigilant at all times but suppose one day all your efforts pay off and instead of corrected behavior you or your family pay the price?
