You show the best of the human spirit! I mean that sincerely. That spirit that propels us forward to succeed or recover or persevere. Owl, you do not know me but I’ve been on this board almost 20 years. I’ll pray for you to continue to recover mentally, physically and financially. You have people that care about you that you’ve never met. God puts us through tests, you’re experience is one. Seek his guidance, Christ will lead you down the correct path. Find a church based in the Bible. Find a work out / therapy plan. Keep us updated. We’re here and willing to help. Keep fighting, never yield…

Put cold water in your tub.. Put some ice in it and get for at least a good 20 seconds. If its not a problem it can be something you do once a week. It helps with blood circulation and I have noticed that it has helped my body adjust when it is cold outside. There is going to be that initial shock, it will seem like a long 20 seconds, but when its over I bet you feel better than you have in a long time.
