This is just a little bit of fuel for the fire. Like you guys need any.
It would be crazy to think the true fresh could come in and do it better but I always pull for the Louisiana guy.
Oh yeah he runs too.

Jordan Jefferson Sr HS

I lived in Louisiana for 33 years and moved to Texas about 3 years ago due to work.

There is nothing like HS football in Texas, absolutely nothing.

Texas 4A HS Football > La. 5A HS Football

I hate saying that, but it is the truth.

There have been plenty of head to head games between Louisiana schools and Texas schools to show that this is not clear cut. There is some terrible football in both states. Simply saying "I play Texas football" isn't enough unless you are talking about stadiums and equipment. Per capita college and pro player/prospects are relevant here in that there are obviously some very talented teams in both states. However, simply playing in Texas is not a guaranteer that you will have great competition in your own district.

That being said . .all the high school stats tell you is that each of the have the potential to be successful. . .success is still where preparation meets opportunity. I am not convinced that JJ has had enough time for preparation.

The only thing I like about HS football is the cheerleaders, but now I'm too old to even check them out without being creepy.

Bunch of 15-17 year olds. Slow, skinny kids. Fat kids. They all play. And I dont want to hear about any of it.
