The NOPD is paying some “consultant” from New York to try to revamp the department over the course of 6 months. This is gonna work out well. How about you start by enforcing laws against public defecation.

A buddy of mine's team played in the state championships last year. They stopped at TJ Ribs on Acadian on their way through and the small town team was able to witness a woman taking a shite in the gas station parking lot across the street. They couldn't believe it

I heard a podcast mention that before the ban on plastic bags in California, bums would shite in the bags and throw them in dumpsters, but now that nobody uses plastic bags, they shite on the sidewalks.
