Then listen to Korkstand. Get a long enough network cable and run a hardwired connection between two wireless routers. That will give you the best connection over the long run. Tons of youtube videos on how to run the cable and configure your wireless routers.

Eta: If you have insulation in your exterior/garage walls it will be a little tricky but not terrible. You could also run it in conduit on the outside of the interior garage wall for a little more $
