And this is why we need to repeal the 16th Amendment. Return taxation to the several States as originally envisioned in the Constitution.

And they're going to have to cash pay for the abortion once they get to that other state. If they can pay for abortion, why do taxpayers need to pay for the travel?

That's weird because Planned Parenthood only reported 8,626 Prenatal Services in their 2019-20 Annual Report.
Also I asked earlier but you may not have seen it - You said that this EO is not solely about abortion and that it will help provide other healthcare services. What services are those?
