The Dofu app works rather well.

Easy-
Step 1. Use a VPN to set your location to the southern United States
Step 2. Use the streaming service/s of your choice to watch SEC games. ESPN +, Hulu TV, etc
The VPN will allow you to stream the games without being geoblocked.
I have a family member serving in Europe and that’s how he watches games. When he was first stationed there it was a shock that his apps wouldn’t work because they are geoblocked by being in Europe.
VPN is key

If you are willing to pay, you can use the ESPN Player app. It will get you everything they have on all the ESPN channels (this includes SEC Network). It costs $13.99/month. This app only works outside of the US. I live in Berlin and use it.
Here is the link in the iOS app store. I'm sure there is an app in the android app store as well.

Is there no internet in England?

I've been using sportsurge.net for 2 years now. It's been great for the most part. No stupid advertisement. Like the user above said, I will most likely pay for a VPN service this upcoming season. It's too big a risk.
I missed 2 and 26 because my stream suddenly dropped and didn't come back up a few years ago. Didn't find out what happened as the first vid hit YouTube hours later. No problems with sportsurge(was a different stream), just sometimes there are certain events not streamed. Heisman ceremony for example.

You were probably looking for a streaming answer but a lot of European cities will have a sports bar that caters to ex-pats and American tourists. I've done this a few times and it's a fun way to connect with Southerners from back home. I watched the 4th and 25 play with a group of Ole Miss and Arkansas fans (plus other SEC fans) in a bar in Florence, Italy.
There are probably a few in London but not sure about other places in England.

Go to Heathrow, board plane, fly to states.
ETA: I kid. I have watched some games overseas on the ESPN app, but it doesn't always work even with a VPN. Sometimes the app recognizes a VNP and makes you turn it off. I used to be able to find some streams on Reddit too. It's really hit or miss.
Where in England is he? Sports bars are usually an option overseas too.

He's about two hours north of London. I forget the name of his little village. I'm going to send him a link to this thread. Maybe he'll sign in and ask his own questions.

A lot of streaming tv services even with a vpn now can see you are using a proxy and will not work for the location you are trying to use.
Basically how online sports betting stops people from different states
BT sport in the UK shows a ton of cfb
If not just find a bar or illegal stream
