Giving away/selling this oil to other countries while we're in the midst of "shortages" and record prices is EXACTLY the same as giving away or selling nukes during the cold war.

Another awesome 40 year record broken by Biden.

The SPR was signed into law in 1975.. I think it actually had oil in it in 1982 (272 million barrels) A 40 year low is basically the same as an all time low.
