There are many property line apps in the app store. Which one do y’all have experience with and recommend?

OnX has been very good, but none will be 100% legally accurate, what is your planned use for it?

I use a free app called ReGrid.

I used OnX when I was in MS, but switched to Gaia GPS in AK. I think it really depends where you are. Gaia was more accurate here. I also like how I can use Gaia in airplane mode. I expect OnX has that feature now, but I don’t believe it did when I used to use it.

OnX uses parish/county tax assessor lines, most assessor websites have the same info in a GIS map that is free to use. Some let you export linework into CAD, some don't.

BaseMap. Like it better than OnX but they're pretty close.

I love OnX so much I look at it when I am bored sometimes. I do know that some of the property lines are not 100% accurate, especially in La with some rivers and riparian land. Still awesome though.
