I'm pro gun but "infringe" does not mean no (however you define) reasonable restrictions.

Removal of due process is a reasonable restriction?

"Shall not be infringed" is about as clear and concise as legal jargon gets

The irony of your choice of words: “restrictions”.

The definition of “infringe” is to limit…. something.

A restriction is a limitation is an infringement.

Taking someone's firearm w/o due process isn't a "reasonable restriction."

Infringe:
1. actively break the terms of (a law, agreement, etc.).
2. act so as to limit or undermine (something); encroach on.

It actually does mean that because it says “shall not” instead of “may not”!

You know I’m a democrat but, Joe Biden is a child molesting shite for brains who fails at something as simple as riding a bike.

So, in your opinion to fix drunk driving harming others is to take away sober drivers right to drive?
