Righ, it’s a couple of misdemeanor. You can’t exactly have him sent up the River for traffic citations.

People have lost their mind in this thread. None of those charges are violent or theft. This is not the case to be damning our justice system..

If I was the judge….. forfeiture of the vehicle and loss of driving privileges for 2 years.
