But both of my grandfathers died before I was born.

Maternal grandmother still going strong, I’m mid thirties also.

0. And I think about them every day.

0 and only 1 parent.

My dad's father died the earliest. In his 50s he died of a heart attack. My mom's mother died in her early 60s from ALS.. The other two lived to their late 80s.

0. I knew them all well and 2 were like a 2nd set of parents to me but the last one died at nearly 100 about 5 years ago. First one died when I was 19, last one around when I turned 40.

My dad's parents are still alive in my mid 30s. They have health problems like diabetes but are otherwise still kickin' it.

Grandparents are the best. Treasure them while they are still around.

My last grandparent died about 7-9 years ago. And she out lied my second to last grandparent by a decade.

I had a close loving relationship with all 4 and wish I could have had longer to spend with them
