He's too stupid to realize that she isn't "legislating" or "mandating" from the bench. She is literally doing the exact opposite of that. She is restricting unelected officials from doing exactly that.
How these numbnuts don't see that limiting governmental authority is the polar opposite of mandating is beyond me.
