Dude, you literally have said in this thread that if he stayed on his feet that he possibly could've drawn a charge. That means he has a set defensive position. A defender is allowed to jump straight up to defend a shot while maintaining a defensive position. As long as he doesn't jump at the shooter and impede his ability to shoot, no foul should be called. Reid went straight up. The shooter jumped into Reid, initiated contact, and fell down while missing the shot. Just because Reid jumped that does not mean it becomes a "blocking foul." If he had jumped forward into the shooter, it would be a foul. If he brings his hands/arms down into the shot, it's a foul. He did neither.
