The USA, China, etc. created crypto so they could push the price high, suck out everyone's cash and take that cash to fund black ops programs. Instead of having to use tax money, they are fleecing the average joe of their money and sending it directly to the black programs. It is essentially the new drug world which used illegal narcotics to raise cash and fund all the black programs.

Drugs and black ops are never funded with USD.

On a thumb drive

So the thumb drive fails, and the files can’t be accessed, or is lost in a fire, stolen, how do you get your money?

Nobody can answer that because nobody knows

Crypto guys act like they know everything and have all this shite figured out when in reality, they don’t

They don’t have any fricking clue how or why this shite ‘works’ but someone who they deem as smarter than them told them some shite that they repeat to anyone who has anything to say about crypto

The answer to that question is extremely easy. It’s bizarre to me how much this board hates crypto

Some of it does. The board skews older so a lot either don’t understand our lives will continue to trend more digital or are in denial. Trump also hates crypto and many of his sheep just do what he tells them

I mean this OP is suggesting gold and silver over crypto lol can you get more boomer?

Depends if you are buying Bitcoin or something that is ISO2022. XRP is about to be taking over for cross border payments( transactions in Seconds for way lower cost) instead of the Swift payment which takes days and cost lots of $. Its not a psyop-- if that was the case Bitcoin wouldn't be worth anything. Once QFS takes over there wont be any fraud as it will all be block chain.

I dont hate it but people gushing over a currency that makes people more dependent on energy and internet (both controlled by governments) doesn't make any sense. It is very weird. It is a great medium for volatile investment trading but outside of that people seem to be missing the forest for the trees.

I didn't read the whole thread and probably won't, but I will respond to this and maybe other questions that get posed in good faith.

If you have a hardware wallet, all that thumb drive is is a fancy wrapper around what is called your private key. Your private key basically gives you access to the funds associated with a public address (wallet address). If your hardware is destroyed, your private key still exists as it is just a string of numbers. As a backup, you will likely generate a list of 24 words which represents your private key. These words can be written on paper, etched in stone, memorized, or however you want to store it. They can be jumbled up in ways only you know if you want anyone who discovers these words to not be able to gain access to your funds.

These words can be used to get you access to your wallet. Essentially they are a seed phrase from which your private key can be constructed. You do not want anyone to know what these 24 words are in order, because it's akin to handing them your ID and social security card and your bank account number.

well if you are worried about losing energy and the internet, diversify into bullets, land, and precious metals I guess.

but if you think a dystopia will exist in which you will be able to find easy access to electricity and internet, crypto provides a contingency for that scenario.

“Crypto is a Psyop” is also a psyop.

Property and resources can be taken from you by the government for the tiniest of reasons, they merely need the justification to do so (like, he says mean things on the Internet).

No, but Pets.com and several other .coms did.

I'm not against crypto buy any means. The sort of ad bombardment pulled in the Superbowl reminded me a lot of all those .com ads, though. It seemed a bit peculiar to me at best.
