Unfortunately if you want to take the 7 extra guys, you have to fill the class and you can't carry the 7 over.
Normally I'm in favor of saving spots over taking warm bodies, but it's going to be really hard to do that this year given our roster numbers and needs at just about every position.

If we take 32 this year we can still take 25 next year, correct.
If the answer is “yes”, then you take 32 b/c you need every warm body available to get a full team. I’d hate to have only 50 healthy players at the end of next year.
