I have both as well. I find that the benelli is more comfortable and the recoil isn’t as bad. The recoil on the Franchi can kick pretty good. I use both but probably use the Benelli more as well. I don’t think the extra $800 is worth it though if you’re buying your first shotgun.

They look similar and I know they're made by Beretta and Benelli people. I have heard great things but I wasn't sure if you were paying 900 if you might as well pay $1600. That sbe2 is awesome, but shoots high and as my devious dad never shot it I haven't had a chance to pattern it. I like how the affinity looks though.

As for their rifles, I was looking at them and they look stout. Seeing some good feedback on them online.
