Would have won it without the guy

That’s easy for a shrimp divk like you to say to try and downplay the role of a guy who actually won a NC.

Don’t wanna acknowledge the players
Who won the NC but wanna take pride in it like you fricking did something?

Similar to Fournette.

He will forever be an LSU 'could have been'.

CEH sure changed the perception of Fournette's time as a Tiger, didn't he?

If he had Devin White’s mindset, 20 years from now he would be in the talks of greatest CB ever. He has that kind of talent. It’s a shame, mindset just not there for that kind of accolade.

Would have been cool if he was a vocal, alpha dog team leader to carry the guys through all of the struggles the last two years. Devin White was that for the team in 2017 after the Troy and Miss State losses. Some guys just don't have that and you can't force it on a player just because they have elite skills.

Yeah he’s definitely not that guy. And like you said, you can’t force that kind of vocal leadership. I think a lot of folks wanted him to be that guy because of his talent, but that’s just not who he is. Not every elite talent is a vocal leader, and not every vocal leader is an elite talent.

Even if he was that in the locker room, it’s hard to be the on field leader as a CB.

Feels more like Ben Simmons than Patrick Peterson.

One of many real injured players that cost Coach Oeaux his job.

I agree. I don’t recall Fulton, Greedy, or Claiborne being fiery guys on the field either. Granted none of them came in with the expectations that Stingley did.

Seems like usually that leadership and energy comes from the LB/S positions OR a 4th/5th year senior. Thinking about Clark and Andre Anthony this year, Clark and Stevens in 2020, or Lawrence and Fehoko in 2019.

Could have been a LSU legend but will always be a part of 2019... Hopefully he has a injury free career in the NFL.

I wish him the best,. I hope he has a successful career and a happy life, but I wish I could have watched him play more as a Tiger.

Stigley was good the year he played, that’s about it. He’ll never come close to what the Honeybadger did….

I know he’ll be a high pick but he could easily be a bust. Not a good tackler, definitely not a dawg like you would want your #1 cb to be, and constantly injured. Hasn’t really played in 2 years. Did he peak in high school like Dylan Moses?

He played 22/25 games in 2019-2020

He hasn’t played football in 3 months not 2 years. The rant spin is always fricking insane.
