What do they taste like and do you grow them from seed?
To me they taste like a crunchy green bean. A little S&P with olive oil in a pan and they are delicious.
Yes, I've always direct sowed in the garden and have had good success. I just saved the seeds from last year and had 100% germ rate.

I bought a few extra packs to vacuum seal.
Have you frozen before? I'm curious how they hold up. I'd love to be able to vacuum seal and freeze to keep on hand. I'd never have to buy green beans again.

Was going to ask if you did this. Good to know!

I haven't frozen any seeds before but I have and do vacuum seal them. Haven't had any stored long enough to attest to their viability over time.
