I’m definitely not a show person, but I have enjoyed every Cirque du Soleil show I’ve been to.

I’ve heard really good things about One (Cirque du Soleil at Mandalay Bay). Absinthe is good, but a little provocative/innuendo/adult language.

Cocktail options: Foundation Room at Mandalay Bay (best whole view of the Strip), Vanderpump Garden at Caesar’s Palace (chic ambiance and excellent bar bites), Clique at Cosmopolitan, and Lily Bar at Bellagio.

Dining: Lago at Bellagio (request a fountain view), Yellow Tail at Bellagio (request a fountain view), Stack at The Mirage, Carson Kitchen downtown, Beauty and Essex at Cosmopolitan (I love the vibe here). A good super casual place is Tru Kitchen at Caesar’s Palace.

Reservations are a must! Most places allow bookings up to 30 days in advance.
