Program is in good hands. There's always an adjustment period.

People who are leaving probably feel that there is a personality clash of some sort and are willing to go into the portal to find a place that fits them. It’s like having a manager or boss that you clash with, ultimately you’ll end up looking elsewhere if it’s not a good fit and the transfer portal allows athletes the same opportunity that the coaches have now.
