Incoming portal QB?

Maybe Coach Kelly is bringing in some stud QB and Max doesn’t want to compete. It doesn’t really make sense why he would enter the portal at this time.

The timing is surely odd to enter the transfer portal. Lots of missed time to improve your trade for Max.

The Johnson brothers are rumored to be at FSU this weekend. Max is set to be an upperclassman returning starting QB and likely playing for an actual experienced OC and QB coach. Mind blowing why FSU would be the right move or why he’d quit in his team.

I could see Max end up at FSU. It's close to home and could play right away. Outside of SEC is preferred because he is still a good QB regardless of portal destination.
