Mine is weird. I can smell good things like food and soap, etc. But I cannot smell when I take a shite. I have gotten a couple of faint whiffs of fart, but i cannot smell literal shite. Being serious. Weirdest thing ever.

Day 10 started gaining taste and smell back, but very limited. By Day 14, everything was back to normal.

J&J vax six months prior to catching the vid. Only symptoms (besides loss of smell and taste) was body aches.

Had Covid in July and mine still hasn’t completely come back. I can smell some things if I stick it right up to my nose and anything that I smell otherwise has a strong weird sweet/chemical smell.

Exactly what my situation is. Even had it at the same time as you in July. Can't smell anything unless it's right under my nose and even then it's faint.

But I have a kicker of always smelling a cigarette smoke odor, like 24/7.

fricking maddening...

My smell and taste was 2 months then gradually returned. It’s funny because I still can’t tell if it’s 100%. It’s like I forgot what 100% was like.

About 7-8 months or so. I ended up trying a smell therapy kit which helped restore it fully.

That’s funny as hell to me, for some reason!

about 3 weeks.....I know a few that still have no taste or smell for months, but rare.

Smell came back first, then taste.

Yes. Same I’m curious to know if we all smell the same fricked up smell. Like nothing I’ve ever smelled before. I describe it as wine/coffee/metal

I used the Moxe Smell Training Kit off of Amazon.

MOXE Smell Training Kit, 4 Essential Oils, Olfactory Regeneration, Helps Restore Sense of Smell, Natural Therapy for Smell Loss (Phase 1) LINK

There wasn’t a phase 1/2 when I did it, phase 1 was the only option.

Apparently some people have to literally retrain their brain or whatever to recognize smells again. You’ll find a lot of reviews from people that had COVID.

My smell was probably 50% back and this helped get me to 100%.

Went more than two weeks without any taste or smell. Taste was basically back to normal after a month, but 6 months in my smell is still off. Still can’t smell certain things, certain things that I can smell don’t smell like they used too.

Those two weeks with no taste or smell were pretty rough. Such a weird sensation. Ate really good though (from a health standpoint) and have kept it up since, so it was a blessing in disguise.

35 days for me that I couldn't taste or smell anything. 5 months later it still seems like I only have about 80% of taste and smell back.
