You don’t understand how borrowing money works. Assistant coach making 1.5 million a year is not going to pay cash for a house worth at least 1 million.

the fact that he deleted all of it makes me believe him more.

I feel like admins should delete this thread to save the OP any future troubles. We appreciated the snack sauce though.

I sort of thought this was possibly real info because it was just to out of left field to make up. But its the inter webs so who knows.

Many multi millionaires would not want to use their own capital to buy a house especially if most of their capital is invested making more interest than the interest rate they could get on a mortgage.
Tell me about it. That’s why I paid for my ‘83 double wide straight cash. I got that twenty eight hundred dollars invested in several llama egg farms. I ain’t no fool. In 20 years when those llamas are all grown, I’m gonna be rolling.

I mentioned no names, including my firm, and I had a typo. Where’s the violation?
Brother… you gave out enough details to ID the guy faster than a facial-recognition camera at an airport.
You didn’t ‘keep it anonymous’ — you basically posted:
“Can’t say his name, but he’s Lane Kiffin’s guy, his wife called for mortgage pre-approval, they’re moving, and he rhymes with ‘Charlie Weis Jr.’”
Reg P doesn’t care if you typed his name — it cares that every rando on this board knew exactly who you meant before they even upvoted you.
Hope your compliance team enjoys scrolling Tigerdroppings today. They’re gonna LOVE this little gem.
Which is exactly why you erased what you wrote in the original post. If you were so confident there was no violation, you wouldn’t have sprinted back to scrub every word the second someone pointed it out.
Compliance 101: deleting the evidence is usually the first sign the evidence was bad.

This dude here may have fricked up lol I suggest anyone who quoted him delete their quotes as well to save this guy from losing his job
He already went back and did.
But if Charlie Weiss Jr has a Google alert set up for his name being mentioned…..knock knock, hello compliance department
