No, we dodged a bullet when he changed his mind last minute and stayed at Ole Miss last time. Too much of a circus and the autistic antics wouldn’t play well in most serious college football programs. It works at a place that hasn’t won anything in their history, like Ole Miss.

Yeah man. The losing record since he spurned y’all definitely screams “we were lucky”.

Freeze left us with enough talent that the next coach will be expected to compete immediately. Kiffin would have left us in the middle of the night like Tennessee, gotten us on probation like he did at USC, or would be playing cutesy with the media about every other job opportunity every season. We don’t need all that unnecessary drama.

Y’all don’t need winning seasons either I guess.

The delusion is strong

There’s not much difference between winning 6 games, and Lane’s average of about 7-8 wins a season.

That’s good for Auburn fans. Y’all haven’t won more than 6 since 2019

Congratulations, you can do math. Again, as i said, we dodged a bullet. Y’all don’t seem to care about wasting money on average coaches, so I’ll be interested to see what his buyout comes to in about 2-3 seasons. The current downward trajectory of LSU football since Coach O is sad, looks like yall will be back to irrelevance like you were from the 60s to the early 2000s. The anomaly of the last two decades has been fun for you guys though.

I can also do logic. Auburn is a mid-tier job now.

Repeating it doesn’t make it less dumb.

We aren’t happy with 6 win seasons and “dodging bullets” like Auburn fans I guess.

LSU football from 2003-2019 was an historical anomaly. I’m sorry it’s over for yall.

Lashing out doesn’t elevate Auburn from a mid tier program. Sorry.

That’s why I created the thread “I’ll take Golesh over Kiffin” last week. He’s above average- does not deserve to be the highest paid coach in the country. There are other good coaches that run great offenses for a 1/3 of the cost and no drama.

Well, that’s just silly. You’re silly. You just described Nick Saban’s tenure at Michigan State. More or less. More more than less. And where did he go from there? Literally to LSU.
