Is there a greater con man in football than Kiffin?

For a coach who has never won a power 5 conference championship, national championship, or been to the playoffs in 14 seasons as a head coach, he’s been very successful at driving his price up.

If you are a proven commodity in the coaching world, you usually aren't leaving that program. They put a golden leash on you and it makes it impossible to leave.

He’s thinking of failing up and trading on his name. He has left every job he has ever had on bad terms. Including The Saban Coaching Rehab Clinic. The ONLY place where he has had any success and little to no drama (could be wrong) was FAU. He’s been mildly successful at his current job. But until his last two jobs, he has been an utter disaster. He’s definitely a little tistic so I’m sure that’s part of it. But I just don’t get why people act like he’s the best coach ever.
