He really doesn't. Hire the guy with the number 9 offense in the country? Nah.. Hire the guy with the number 6 offense in the country? Nah..
Hire our tight end coach that doesn't even want to be an OC? Yup. As long as he does what I say I want him. frick YOU ED ORGERON for absolutely wrecking our football program. I seriously hate Ed Orgeron. I can't even look at his face without getting pissed off.

Remember what he said he learned from his time at Ole Miss and why he didn’t succeed?
He said he tried to have his hand in every part of the team instead of letting his coaches do the coaching. Then he says he will hire the best coordinators and let them run the show. Now Canada is gone because he wants his hand in a place it doesn’t belong, the offense. I wonder how much of a hand he is giving Aranda on the defensive side of the ball. Probably not much at all.

I said it in another thread. I just don't get it. He's a career defensive coach yet he wants so much input on the offensive side of the ball. Why? Give some input on the defensive side in particular defensive line where maybe he can actually bring something to the table. But on offense you hire an accomplished coordinator and leave him the frick alone to do his thing instead of meddling in something you know nothing about and have never done. I would just love to know why and what the hell he's thinking.
