The coach will always deny talking. The agents do the talking.

That's ridiculous. No way that happens.

A&M would do it. You have no idea how butthurt those pansy bastards in charge of that program are that LSU has whipped that arse 7 years in a row. This has nothing to do with trying to win a championship for them. It's all about winning something against LSU. That's why Jimbo got such a ridiculous contract.

It is simple. Some folks with power want O fired and with cause. Remember stories of altercation between Canada and O earlier in the year? Two sides to every story. There are influential folks who respect our coordinators 1,000% more than O and never wanted O as HC to begin with. Yeah I just posted that.

NO I HAVE NO INSIDES SOURCES 110% on target with this as in up to date with all working knowledge on the current situation as of today. Just reading tea leaves and working off something I heard from a family connection about a year ago that I can't confirm 110% as it is third hand but does makes sense. That is all.

Are you an ex LSU player? I would have some much needed comfort right now if so.

Hey not sure where info came from but I know for sure no questions asked he hasn't talked to ANYONE about a job. NFL included. That's what we need to worry about. They pay big money and is top of the mountain crap there.Soory if I sound like a prick because maybe something happened today that I am unaware of . I have my own life to worry about.

Appreciate your info. This wouldn't have been a today thing. Tamu is announcing their new dc Tuesday or wednesday. If your confident dave is staying, this could just be tamu people falsely putting this out there.

Aranda presumably does have an agent, so the agent could've been talking. But I don't see this happening. Although I don't know anonymous posters on the internet, I don't believe they make shite up... but, I DO believe they're fed shite by ppl with an agenda.

Yeah he seems really confident in this being a troll job. Texag7 has been trolling this for weeks now.

I could see A&M putting that out.

But I don’t think TBL’s sources are at A&M, supposedly they’re among the movers in BR.

Maybe but I would argue its A&m trying to pick up probably one of the best defensive coordinators in the country. A&M needs major help on defense and Aranda probably would perform a miracle for them, and they are serious about winning

The real story here is that Orgeron immediately becomes a failed experiment if Aranda and Canada both leave. At that point, we'd better just clean house and bring in a new AD and a new staff.
This experiment never should have had footing to begin with. Alleva is a failure and his boss doesn't value the profit generated from athletics.

It's the blind leading the naked. O and the mess ensuing is just byproduct.

I could also see arrogant Alleva not sweating it thinking there’s no way Aranda leaves, while it happens right under his big arse nose.

Not just alleva. As of a couple days ago, no one was worried. I'm pretty sure both raymond and aranda will be getting extensions and raises. Aranda hadn't said anything about this to orgeron as of thursday. That I'm sure of.

The problem at A&M has had nothing to do with coaching. They are like Texas and the problems start from the boosters who want to have a say so in how the team plays.

To be honest, nothing would surprise me under this administration, I don't trust them

You'd be surprised how often stuff like this happens though

Aranda either stays and likely gets a raise, or he bolts to a new job. It doesn’t matter. He wasn’t going to be here forever. We will find a good coach to replace him if/when he leaves.

One thing that is scary is that Dave was a graduate student at Texas tech. I guess we will all see . Happy New Years to all. Take some Zanax it will be all good. Would you take millions if you had three kids and a wife . But he is not a greedy man ,I think his contract is in 1. 8 mil dollars a year range if I am off please correct me.

100% correct. Just like LSU in the 80s.

If Woodward and Jimbo fix that, a7m will be an absolute monster.

Bingo. As dysfunctional as LSU seems at time, aTm tends to be worse. They are UT lite. When that much money begins getting thrown around it turns into a big pissing match where the boosters want to play general manager.
