Think Marquand gets one more year. Sark needs to be gone. DQ gets 1, at most 2, if next year is a bust. Injuries fricked this year, but this team isn't even competitive.

According to 680 the fan just a little while ago, both OC and DC are getting the axe at the end of this season.

Could see this. Right or wrong, you can't entirely put this season on the defense given the injuries. I will even say the defense did enough to win us another 3 or so games if the offense had played to their potential. There was certainly a stretch where they were dreadful immediately following the key injuries but that should be expected.

I just don't possibly see any justification for keeping him. The offense was a huge letdown and I have seen little indicators that it can be corrected with him as OC.
