This is a missed opportunity. Use the Jaguars cat mascot to recreate the classic "Hang In There" Motivational poster with the kitten.

Too early for this Urban. Everyone knows your team sucks.

What does this frickstick know about Jacksonville and the 904?? 2 years ago the only time he was ever there was for an occasional football game. Maybe instead of taking T.Law you should have traded back into the draft and got a good QB and 3-4 other 1st round picks to build a team around.

Ask Urban if he can come today to take over LSU program, LSU looks lost out there just like last year. All that talent and don't know what to do with it, that a shame have not figured that out and just finished week 3

That seems a little pathetic to be honest.

His Inner Tebow with the “no one will work harder”. Maybe, you need to work smarter, not harder

agreed - working harder doesn't mean a lot if you're working on the wrong stuff or making poor coaching decisions. Work smarter - not harder. (see Spurrier when he was at UF).
