This is sad. Had he killed somebody on the road, i wonder what the comments would be saying. We already see the hypocritical comments when others get pulled over for speeding, ala, UGA football players.

You're right that we shouldn't condemn his entire character for this one mistake. However it's okay to be pretty angry with anyone that drinks and gets behind the wheel. We all know the road is already dangerous enough.
