Tim Tebow's Leg Workout Is A Bit Much

I keep forgetting that, as of right now, Tim Tebow is on an NFL team. In the hopes that he makes it through the whole season as a Philadelphia Eagle, he is putting in his usual intense workout. This year he is at PEP Arizona doing crazy leg workouts like this one...

Not all that different than the plyo jumps we have patients do on a sled. They usually have better form though.

Not much weight on there. Why not do box jumps with a weight vest instead of this stuff?
