Security is not going to do anything. He's 'allowed' to cheer for his team. Encountered an LSU fan a couple years ago like this at the AR game. Everyone wanted him gone but security couldn't do crap until some guy finally pushed him down the bleachers.

At the 5 second mark he glances over and sees he is being recorded and got even crazier.....all for show and attention. Turn the phone/cameras off and he's buying the dude a beer.
