That seems like a lot of house for 1.65 million in Miami. Time to sell the farm.

That's just the house for his immediate family, the rest from Samoa will need several more, nearby. Large rooms for large people.

I know $1.65 isn't chump change but it is less than 10% of his signing bonus. And while real estate can depreciate, it's unlikely. So in that sense, kuddos to him for actually being fairly frugal (especially since the whole family is gonna live there sans the black sheep kid left to rot in Maryland)

1.65 is pretty frugal for his income.

I'm sure his family will all be living with him. His dad needs to keep an eye (or a fist) on him.

Should he live at a homeless shelter until his first snap?

think of it as an investment! he'll be on the phone with the real estate agent immediately after the first snap to satisfy you.
