I agree. Very few coaches could have high success at Arky. That's not a knock on Arky. Just too much incredible competition in the West and not a great enough recruiting base. Arky football would fit better in the Big 12, though they are good bball fit in SEC.

doesn't really work, since "Consultant Head Coach" isn't a thing. If he was Assistant to the Head Coach, now THAT would be funny. By the way, Dwight Schrute is one of my all-time favorite characters.
