According to Sports Illustrated, Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross will pay $350 million for renovations to Sun Life Stadium that are expected to be completed by the start of the 2016 season. Sure they're doing it for the fans, but also...

The Dolphins will be paid incentives from Miami-Dade County every time they host major events, per Craig Davis of the Sun Sentinel, so Ross and company clearly want to make Sun Life Stadium a top-notch venue.
See how that works? Anyway, here are some of those changes to the stadium...

Here's the coolest change...

The Miami Dolphins are knocking out seats on the 30-yard lines in the lower bowl of the south side of Sun Life Stadium as part of their $400 million renovation and adding 32 'living rooms.' The areas are sold in groups of four, and each includes a 30-inch wide recliner with options for an 18-inch TV screen in front of each seat, a 32-inch TV for every two seats ($15,000 more) or a 32-inch TV in front of each chair ($30,000 more).

The standard cost for the package of four seats is $75,000 and includes food and drinks and access to a lounge area.

Those luxury seats better be waterproof cause if it rains and they don't have that roof up or a tarp over them they're screwed

Dolphins bringing Living Room to stadium with new seats--or you could just stay at home and watch the game on TV and save $75,000.
