The Miami Dolphins are knocking out seats on the 30-yard lines in the lower bowl of the south side of Sun Life Stadium as part of their $400 million renovation and adding 32 'living rooms.' The areas are sold in groups of four, and each includes a 30-inch wide recliner with options for an 18-inch TV screen in front of each seat, a 32-inch TV for every two seats ($15,000 more) or a 32-inch TV in front of each chair ($30,000 more).

The standard cost for the package of four seats is $75,000 and includes food and drinks and access to a lounge area.
