The Miami Dolphins QB Chad Pennington is taking this season off to recover from shoulder and knee injuries and will work for Fox Sports as an analyst.

"I'm actually going to take this year off, get healthy and do some work for Fox Sports," Pennington told the West Virginia newspaper. "I'm going to evaluate things and see where I am physically."

Pennington is about to turn 35, and was scheduled to be a free-agent once the lockout ends

Yeah cause that'll make all the difference in the World considering most of the QB's in the League have a stronger arm throwing underhanded right now than he does throwing normally.

Nice guy. Went to HS in Knoxville. A lot of people would have been pissed at Fulmer for not offering him if we hadn't had serviceable QBs at that time in Peyton Manning and Tee Martin.
