Bengals' RB Benson Arrested

Cincinnati Bengals' RB Cedric Benson was arrested on a misdemeanor count of assault with bodily injury with family violence. In a statement Benson's attorney called the arrest "a conflict" between Benson and a male former roommate. He posted a $10,000 bond and was released just before 2 p.m. Sunday. This is the second year in a row the running back has been arrested in Texas.
