© Kim Klement-USA TODAY Sports
I saw Tim Tebow down at this year's National Championship and the dude was yolked, so I can't imagine what he's going to look like after doing this workout for months in quarantine...

Just wanted to share this workout. I know so many of the gyms are closed right now, but I thought this push/pull could still be valuable. One of my next goals is to share a workout you guys can do at home.

90 second rest in between each set.

Dumbbell Bench Press: 4-6 reps for the first 2 sets, and then 3-5 reps for the last 2 sets

Bent Over Dumbbell Rows: 4-6 reps for all 4 sets

Incline Dumbbell Press with Rotation: 6-8 reps for the first 2 sets, and then 4-6 reps for the last 2 sets

Neutral Grip Pulldowns: 8-10 reps for all 4 sets

Decline Dumbbell Bench Press: 4-6 reps for all 4 sets

Bent-over Dumbbell Elbowing Rows: 5-7 reps for all 4 sets (bring dumbell by your ear)

That's strong, especially for a taller fella. You see a lit of shorter guys able to press that but not many taller fellas.

Good guy but man, he’s is an example of work out warriors turning out to be busts as a QB. Brady Quinn comes to mind as another.

That young man needs to stop kneeling at the altar of Fame and Self-Promotion, learn some humility, and find religion.

Sweet, now all I need is thousands of dollars worth of gym equipment! Tip for these dumbasses: a home workout using all the same equipment at your gym doesn't fricking help anyone today anymore than it did a month ago when they could still go to the gym.

If you had $1k worth of gym equipment you still wouldn't be able to press the 70 pounders.
