Shocker... they need to abolish the NCAA they have no power... They can just get some Local judge that is a booster or get some side money and override anything the NCAA does. Ole Miss had Ole Miss Alumni ruling on their case. Talk about conflict of interest

He placed bets on his own team 40 times. From now on in a close game, a receiver may drop a pass or a quarterback may overthrow, and what will we immediately think? This is much worse than the court decisions in NIL or the portal.

Don't know Texas law, but most states allow for writ relief through the appellate courts. Turnaround time varies. If it has to be a full-blown appeal, that will usually take a lot longer.
