Maurice Clarett Gives Ohio State RB Ezekiel Elliott Advice
Matthew Emmons-USA TODAY Sports
Former RB Maurice Clarett lead Ohio State to a BCS National Championship back in 2003, then got dismissed from the program shortly after. He went on to become a third round pick of the Denver Broncos and that's where the story ends. So it makes sense for him to reach out to current Ohio State star RB Ezekiel Elliott with some advice...

quote:

Ignore all of this Zeke.... I'm speaking from experience. You can't beat the machine (NFL). Go to class and focus on getting better as a ball player. Rather anyone likes it or not the system isn't going to change. Too much money and too many lobbyist are involved. Deal with it and stay focused my man..!!!

MC has been there and made mega life mistakes that he has recovered from somewhat, but will never fully get over and recover from. Maurice is one of few who have been on both sides of success and failure to that extent, and he is more suited to give advice on that topic than you, me, or anybody else.
